I have been a NCBTMB nationally certified & licensed massage therapist since 2003. Insured by the ABMP (Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals) my mission is to help you heal "mind and body". I want you to leave your session feeling better, but my priority is your overall health.
Your Body, Your Needs
Every "body" deserves a massage but not all needs are the same. I am experienced in a variety of modalities and my goal is to work with you to meet your needs. Communication is key. I need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, I will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.
